DELIVERY
ZERO WASTE DELIVERY
In line with our approach and our values, our products are sent in HIPLI packaging. They are reusable and reduce carbon footprint by 83% compared to a cardboard package.
DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
We are in partnership with the Colissimo services of LaPoste which ensures the delivery of our packages.
Our average delivery times are 2 to 5 working days except when the time is specified in the product description.
If your order is located outside France, you must allow a few additional days before receiving the package.
Delivery costs are FREE for all orders in mainland France above €80 . For orders abroad, an additional delivery cost must be expected.
Delivery costs are €5.00 for everything as in Metropolitan France for a Colissimo at home without signature.
RETURNS
To return a product, please follow the following instructions:
1. Send us an email to the following address: hello@onesurfingco.com with the information indicated below. We will tell you the postal address and the procedure to follow.
2. The package must be adequate to protect the items during transportation. Please note, we will refuse any damaged, worn, damaged or incomplete item (labels and original packaging required).
3. Stick the return label on the package. If you are part of the "ONE ATHLETE" program, this label was provided in your order. If necessary, please contact us at the following email address: hello@onesurfingco.com
4. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your package has been received by our team.

Used neoprene wetsuit recycling program.
We offer to send us your used wetsuits as part of our recycling program. Please contact us at the following email address: hello@onesurfingco.com. We will give you the postal address to which you should send them. Please attach the following information with your combination:
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- time of use of the wetsuit(s).
- your favorite surf spot.
The costs associated with this shipment are your responsibility. We will get back to you regarding the possible amount of the voucher.
Please note, we accept all brands of wetsuits regardless of their condition.
