Our two straps on the back of the bracket allow you to hook and adjust the bracket to your luggage rack.
Attaching the panniers:
Open the cover using the red tab, and all that's left to do is attach your pannier. Up to 2 bags can be attached to the holder.
The holder is waterproof to protect the Velcro fasteners and inner pocket.
The logos are reflective.
An interior pocket is available for storing a yellow vest, hand pump, etc.
