Depending on your chosen plan, you can renew your subscription after 6 or 12 payments. Send us your worn-out wetsuit (it's free) and receive a new one directly at home.
The ONE ATHLETE subscription offers a low monthly payment to optimize your surfing budget each month. You can therefore pay for your wetsuit in 12 or 24 interest-free installments (depending on your chosen plan). After these payments, the wetsuit is yours.
Depending on your chosen plan, after 6 or 12 payments, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Simply return your worn suit for recycling. Returns are free!

It doesn't matter how worn your suit is.
We refurbish or recycle them through various partners.
We keep them out of landfills and thus reduce their environmental impact.
We want to develop a usage-based economy. A passionate surfer seeking performance will need a new wetsuit every year, just like a top-level athlete.
A surfer who doesn't have the opportunity to practice all year round and is just starting out doesn't necessarily need a new wetsuit but rather a refurbished one.
As a result, we optimize the lifespan of our products and their prices.
We refurbish and recycle wetsuits, regardless of the brand.
It's very simple, please follow these instructions:
1. Use the reusable Hipli packaging you received with your wetsuit. If you have lost or returned it, please use suitable packaging for the safe transport of your wetsuit; a cardboard box is ideal.
2. Affix the return label to your packaging. It was included in your package when you received your wetsuit. If you no longer have it, please contact us at the following email address: hello@onesurfingco.com
3. Go to the Post Office to drop off your package.
4. As soon as we receive your combination, your subscription will automatically end.
Of course. You don't have to return your "ONE" suit after 12 months. If everything is fine, continue to enjoy it.
When you decide to send it back to us, our team will analyze its wear and tear.
We refurbish them. We transform them into new products.
Eco-responsibility at ONE encompasses three main areas:
- The design : our surf suits are designed with Yamamoto #40 neoprene which is made from limestone to replace petrochemical elements.
- Pricing : offering quality at a fair price based on your practice and the product's lifespan.
- Recycling : giving neoprene wetsuits a second life through repair, making them available to surf schools and charities. We also work with various French partners to transform used neoprene into new products.
Subscription and payment
You will be billed on the 5th of each month for a minimum of 6 or 12 months, and up to 12 to 24 months if you keep the wetsuit. If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply return your worn wetsuit. To avoid being billed for the month you return your wetsuit, you must do so before the 5th.
If the monthly payment for your subscription is rejected, you will be informed immediately by our teams and a 2nd payment request will be submitted to your bank a few days later. You will also receive by email a link to update your payment method and regularize your situation.
In the event of 2 consecutive installments (2 months of subscription) rejected by your bank, ONE SURFING CO reserves the right to terminate your subscription contract and to charge the various fees related to these payment defaults.
You will need to return the suit(s) provided to you within 14 days of the termination of your contract.
If the equipment is not returned within this timeframe, you will be charged a non-return fee, the amount of which is indicated in the document “ Non-Return Fee ” below: ONE SURFING CO. Non-Return Fee . Please note that any equipment not returned will be considered stolen, which will result in legal proceedings, the costs of which will be borne by the Customer.
Guarantees and after-sales service
With the ONE ATHLETE subscription, your wetsuits are guaranteed just like with a regular purchase:
- 1 year from the original purchase date on all seams.
- 1 year from the original purchase date on neoprene.

Delivery and returns
You will receive each of your orders in reusable packaging from the Hipli or Repack brand, in an effort to reduce your carbon footprint. This packaging will be used to return your wetsuit at the end of your subscription.
Free delivery and returns
As a ONE ATHLETE member, you have access to free delivery and returns. Focus on the surf forecast and we'll take care of the rest.
In mainland France, delivery times are between 2 and 5 working days via Colissimo.
In Europe, delivery times are between 5 and 10 days.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email.
