Orders - Delivery & Returns
Free standard delivery in FRANCE for purchases over €80.00.
Generally, we ship products the day after the order is placed.
For deliveries in France, the average delivery time is between 2 and 5 days.
For deliveries in Europe, the average delivery time is between 5 and 10 days.
To return a product, please follow these instructions:
1. Send us an email to the following address: hello@onesurfingco.com with the information indicated below.
2. The package must be suitable , or you must use the HIPLI packaging to protect the items during transport. Please note, we will refuse any damaged, worn, or incomplete items (original tags and packaging required).
3. Affix the return label to the package. This label was included with your order if you are in the ONE ATHLETE program. If needed, please contact us at the following email address: hello@onesurfingco.com
4. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your package has been received by our team.

We work with Hipli and their reusable packaging for shipping our products.
You can use this package to return your worn wetsuit. Please contact us by email at hello@onesurfingco.com to obtain the return address.
Otherwise, once you receive your "ONE" product, return the Hipli package directly to the address indicated on it. Please note, the package must be empty. Refer to this video by clicking here to learn how to fold the Hipli.
A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details and delivery tracking information.

ONE neoprene wetsuits
We've chosen the latest version of Yamamoto #40 neoprene . It perfectly meets our specifications, offering both warmth and flexibility—the two key advantages of a wetsuit for optimizing performance on the wave. This Japanese neoprene is considered the highest-performing in the world. We want to support you in every surf session, just like a top athlete.
Finally, this neoprene is eco-designed from limestone rocks to avoid all the petrochemical elements of a classic neoprene.
Using high-end neoprene thanks to Japanese expertise, we have combined it with the best available materials to maximize your performance.
There is a super stretch 4-way outer lining to optimize flexibility.
For the 4/3mm and 3/2mm versions, we added an internal lining to the torso and back to maximize warmth. Extending it all the way down the legs reduces flexibility.
Finally, the seams are glued and stitched with an internal band all over the body for maximum waterproofing while maintaining flexibility.

It is very important to have a wetsuit that fits your measurements properly to optimize your performance in the water. If it doesn't, return the product to us and we can process a refund or exchange. We will refuse any damaged, worn, or incomplete items (original tags and packaging required).
Surfing is a sport practiced in extreme conditions. After each session, please rinse your wetsuit with cold fresh water. Hang it up by the waist (not the neck) in a dry, shady place. Drying your wetsuit in the sun is faster but will damage it.
Do not put it in the washing machine or tumble dryer. Do not use a hairdryer or chemical products.

- You can return your worn suit to us after 12 months for recycling. Otherwise, continue to enjoy it.

You will be billed on the 5th of each month for a minimum of 12 months and up to 24 months if you keep the wetsuit. If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply return your worn wetsuit. To avoid being billed for the month you return your wetsuit, you must do so before the 5th.
If the monthly payment for your subscription is rejected, you will be informed immediately by our teams and a 2nd payment request will be submitted to your bank a few days later. You will also receive by email a link to update your payment method and regularize your situation.
In the case of 2 successive deadlines (2 months of subscription) rejected by your bank, ONE SURFING CO reserves the right to terminate your subscription contract and to invoice the various costs linked to these payment defaults.
You must return the combination(s) made available to you within 14 days following the termination of the contract.
In the event of non-return within these deadlines, you will be charged non-return fees, the amount of which is indicated in the document “ non-return fees ” below: ONE SURFING CO non-return fees.
Please note that any equipment not returned is considered stolen, which will result in the initiation of litigation and legal proceedings, the costs of which will be borne by the Customer.

Eco-responsibility at ONE encompasses three main areas:
- The design : our surf suits are designed with Yamamoto #40 neoprene which is made from limestone to replace petrochemical elements.
- Pricing : offering quality at a fair price based on your practice and the product's lifespan.
- Recycling : giving neoprene wetsuits a second life through repair, making them available to surf schools and charities. We also work with various French partners to transform used neoprene into new products.
We keep them out of landfills and thus reduce their environmental impact.
We want to develop a usage-based economy. A passionate surfer seeking performance will need a new wetsuit every year, just like a top-level athlete.
A surfer who doesn't have the opportunity to practice all year round and is just starting out doesn't necessarily need a new wetsuit but rather a refurbished one.
As a result, we optimize the lifespan of our products and their prices.
We refurbish and recycle wetsuits, regardless of brand or condition.
Your first car, your first phone... were most likely second-hand. So why not buy a second-hand wetsuit?
If you are a beginner or if you don't have the chance to practice often, these combinations can perfectly accompany you in your passion and allow you to save more than 50% of the new purchase price.
