Fees for non-return of neoprene suits for the ONE ATHLETE subscription

Non-return Fees

ONE SURFING CO subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 6 or 12 months, depending on the chosen plan.

In the event of non-payment of 2 successive monthly installments, ONE SURFING CO may terminate the subscription contract and demand the immediate return of the wetsuit(s), which remain the property of ONE SURFING CO.

Any unreturned equipment will be reported to the competent authorities as stolen, which will trigger litigation and judicial proceedings, the costs of which will be borne by the customer.

The non-return fees, including all taxes, are indicated below:

  • Adult 4/3mm: €260
  • Adult 3/2mm: €250
  • Adult 2/2mm: €220

 

  • Child 4/3mm: €220
  • Child 3/2mm: €210
  • Child 2/2mm: €150

The prices are shown in euros but will be converted to your currency based on the current exchange rate.
