After 12 payments, you can renew your subscription. Send us back your worn-out wetsuit (it's free) and we'll send the new one straight to your home.

The ONE ATHLETE subscription allows you to have a low monthly payment to optimize your surfing budget every month. You can pay for your neoprene wetsuit in 19 free instalments. After 19 payments, the wetsuit is yours.

After 12 payments, i.e. 12 months, you are free to cancel the subscription at any time. All you have to do is return your used suit to us for recycling. Returns are free!

We recondition or recycle them thanks to various partners in France.

We keep them out of landfills and reduce their environmental impact.

We want to develop an economy of use. A passionate surfer looking for performance will need a new wetsuit every year, just like a top-level athlete.

A surfer who doesn't practice all year round and is just starting out doesn't necessarily need a new wetsuit, but rather a reconditioned one.

As a result, we optimize the lifespan of our products and their prices.

We recondition and recycle suits of all brands.

It's very simple, just follow the instructions below:

1. Use the Hipli reusable packaging you received with your suit. If you've lost it or sent it back, please use a suitable package to transport and secure your suit - a cardboard box is ideal.

2. Stick the return label on your packaging. It was part of your package when you received your suit. If you no longer have it, please contact us at [email protected].

3. Go to the post office to drop off your parcel.

4. As soon as we have received your combination, your subscription will be automatically terminated.

Of course we do. You don't have to return your "ONE" suit after 12 months. If all goes well, you can continue to enjoy it.

When you decide to return it to us, our team will analyze its wear and tear.

We recondition them. We transform them into new products.

At ONE, eco-responsibility encompasses three main areas:

1. The design: our wetsuits are made with Yamamoto #40 neoprene, which is manufactured from limestone to replace petrochemical elements.
2. Pricing: offering quality at a fair price according to your needs and the product's lifespan.
3. Recycling: giving a second life to neoprene wetsuits by repairing them and offering them to surf schools and charities. We also work with various French partners to transform used neoprene into a new product.

You will be debited every 5th of the month for a minimum of 12 months, and up to 19 months if you keep the combination. If you wish to stop your subscription, simply return your used combination. If you don't want to be debited for the month in which you return your combination, you must do so before the 5th.

If the monthly direct debit of your subscription is rejected, you will be informed immediately by our teams and a 2nd direct debit request will be submitted to your bank a few days later. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to update your payment method and regularize your situation.

In the event of 2 successive instalments (2 months' subscription) being rejected by your bank, ONE SURFING CO reserves the right to terminate your subscription contract and to charge the various fees associated with these non-payments.
You must return the combination(s) made available to you within 14 days of termination of the contract.
If the combination(s) are not returned within this period, you will be charged a non-return fee, the amount of which is indicated in the document "non-return fee" below: ONE SURFING CO non-return fee.

Please note that any equipment not returned is considered stolen, which will result in the initiation of legal proceedings, the costs of which will be borne by the customer.

With the ONE ATHLETE subscription, your neoprene wetsuits are guaranteed just like a conventional purchase:

• 1 year from date of original purchase on all seams.
• 1 year from original purchase date on neoprene.

To do this, send us an email to [email protected] with photos so that our team can analyze the condition and get back to you to take care of it.

You will receive each of your orders in a reusable Hipli or Repack packaging to reduce your carbon footprint. You can use this packaging to return your suit to us at the end of your subscription.

As a ONE ATHLETE member, you have access to free delivery and returns. Concentrate on the surf forecast and we'll take care of the rest.

In metropolitan France, delivery times are between 2 and 5 working days via Colissimo.

In Europe, lead times are between 5 and 10 days.
