RETURNS

To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send us an e-mail to the following address: [email protected] with the information indicated below. We will give you the postal address and the procedure to follow. 

2. The package must be adequate to protect the items during transport. Please note that we will refuse any item that is damaged, worn, or incomplete (labels and original packaging required).

3. Attach the return label to the package. If you are part of the "ONE ATHLETE" program, this label was included in your order. If necessary, please contact us at [email protected].

4. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your parcel has been received by our team.

• Production defects: supporting photos
• Wrong size
• Change of mind

Description, if it is one or more defects, please indicate the places. If it is the wrong size, please indicate if you wish to exchange with the correct size. 

Used neoprene wetsuit recycling program.

We offer you the opportunity to send us your used wetsuits as part of our recycling program. Please contact us at the following email address: [email protected]. We'll give you the postal address to which you should send them. Please enclose the following information with your wetsuit: 

- NAME and first name 

- Email address 

- time of use of the wetsuit(s). 

- your favorite surf spot. 

You will be responsible for the cost of this shipment. We will get back to you regarding the amount of the voucher. 

Please note that we accept all brands of wetsuits, regardless of their condition.
